SPUR urges President to resign for embracing the LTTE and promoting separatism

The Australian-based Society for Peace Unity and Human Rights for Sri Lanka (SPUR) has “unreservedly condemned the President for signing an agreement with the LTTE” and urged the President to “immediately step down from the President’s post and retire from politics as she has violated the constitution of Sri Lanka and is guilty of promoting separatism in Sri Lanka”.
