Sethusamudram project: India says Coast Guard should look at LTTE threat

The Indian government says the Sethusamudram project has added to the responsibilities of its Coast Guard as it patrols the Palk Bay. It will now have to look at the perceived threat from Sri Lanka's LTTE.
