UNP administration would eliminate Sri Lanka's buffer zone

United National Party (UNP) leader Ranil Wickremesinghe says that on the very first day he assumes office as Sri Lankan President, he will remove the 100-metre coastal buffer zone and would rebuild all houses damaged or destroyed by the tsunami within three months.
