Market update: Sri Lanka stocks inch higher ahead of Dialog IPO

Sri Lanka stocks closed slightly higher today as investors expecting its value to go up bought shares in Sri Lanka Telecom ahead of the much publicized Dialog Telekom IPO tomorrow. Dialog Telekom, Sri Lanka's biggest cell-phone operator capturing 60% of the market will sell 9.6% of its stake or 712 million shares.
