Samaraweera says Joint Mechanism will be useless if it leads to the UPFA's collapse

SLFP frontliner and Media Minister Mangala Samaraweera says it is essential to consider that the proposed Joint Mechanism or the Post-Tsunami Operational Management Structure (P-TOMS) will be useless if it leads to the collapse of Sri Lanka's UPFA government.
