Another Indo-Lanka pow-wow

For the second time within a fortnight, there will be a high level dialogue between India and Sri Lanka when the External Affairs Minister K. Natwar Singh visit commence a two-day visit to Colombo today. Last weekend President Chandrika Kumaratunga paid an official visit to New Delhi and briefed Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on the proposed tsunami joint mechanism with Tamil militants.
