Sri Lanka set for privatisation, price hikes ahead of key aid meet

May 3 (AFP/Yahoo) - Sri Lanka is set to shortly increase domestic fuel prices and end subsidies in line with promises to international lenders ahead of a crucial aid meeting, official sources said.
