Lanka's shadow war threatens ceasefire pact
May 2 (HindustanTimes) The "war of attrition" between the mainstream LTTE and the breakaway Karuna group, which has been going on since Karuna revolted in March 2004, is now a "shadow war" between the LTTE and the Sri Lankan Government, posing a serious threat to the February 2002 ceasefire agreement and the peace process which has been on since then.
