LTTE’s marked man, Douglas Devananda, backs inclusion of LTTE in Joint Mechanism

The Eelam People’s Democratic Party (EPDP) headed by Douglas Devananda – a marked opponent of the LTTE which has so far missed ten times in their attempt to kill him – has cautiously backed the inclusion of the LTTE in the proposed Joint Mechanism as an appropriate “mechanism to undertake relief and reconstruction”.
