Japan Envoy to Visit Sri Lanka to Seal Tsunami Deal (Update1)

May 10 (Bloomberg) -- Japan's government, the biggest donor of aid to Sri Lanka, will try to mediate between the island's government and Tamil Tiger rebels to seal an agreement to distribute aid after the December tsunami disaster that killed more than 30,000 people.
