Peace broker, Sri Lankan government discuss crucial tsunami aid deal

April 18 (AP) Norway's top peace broker and Sri Lankan officials on Monday discussed a proposed joint body to ensure that foreign aid reaches rebel areas that were ravaged by the Dec. 26 tsunami, officials said.
