Erik Solheim tours Sri Lanka

April 18 (LankaTruth) Norwegian Special Envoy Erik Solheim arrived in Sri Lanka today. The Special Envoy Eric Solheim will tour the North East of Sri Lanka till next 21st. Today he toured Puttalam where he is expected to look into the grievances of the tsunami victims in the area.
