Norway seeks to broker Sri Lanka Tsunami aid accord
April 18 (Bloomberg) Norway's peace envoy Erik Solheim is visiting Sri Lanka to try to broker an accord between the Sri Lankan government and Tamil Tiger rebels to provide relief aid for victims of the Dec. 26 tsunami.
