The Death of Tamil Eelam

Apr 17 (Asian Tribune) Tamil Eelam is stillborn, and unless this dead foetus is removed from the womb, its toxicity will kill the patient, the Tamil community. A state, or the idea of a state, has two major components. Territory and a coercive apparatus. For the idea of a state to become an actual state, the two components must converge.
