Man shot in Sri Lanka's east in latest violence between rival rebels factions

Mar 16 (AP) A Tamil man was shot and killed in Sri Lanka's east, the military and rebels said Wednesday, the latest violence linked to rivalry between insurgent factions. The man was killed south of Batticaloa, the area's largest town, on Tuesday.
