March 16 (LankaTruth) Britain has acknowledged that the Tigers developing aircraft capability is a matter of grave concern. British Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw told Lakshman Kadirgamar that the British government understood the danger of an unauthorised aircraft in the possession of a non state party in the dangerous context of terrorism today.
