JVP wants Govt. to streamline land prob

Mar 7 (SAMN) The JVP will force the government to streamline the land acquisition process to reconstruct houses for tsunami-affected fishermen. Deputy Minister of Fisheries, Aquatic and Marine Resources Nihal Galappatthi told the Daily Mirror that they discussed the matter with the Urban Development and Water Supply Minister Dinesh Gunawardane last week.
