Mar 7 (SAMN) Kandy district parliamentarian Lakshman Kiriella said the main reason for the government's failure to move ahead in the peace process was the tug-of-war between Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar and the Secretary General of Peace Secretariat, Jayantha Danapala.
