Mar 16 (AsianTribune) If Prabhakaran agrees to a joint mechanism on tsunami relief, it is for one purpose alone: to sucker President Kumaratunga into tilting as she did on Good Friday last year, against Karuna, thereby creating the battlefield conditions for Balraj to liquidate the rebellion.
