India, Sri Lanka, Maldives Need $1.2 Billion More Tsunami Aid

March 18 (Bloomberg) India, Sri Lanka and the Maldives still need $1.2 billion for reconstruction after the December tsunami that killed more than 270,000 people in 12 Indian Ocean countries, the Asian Development Bank said.
