Govt, Tigers nearing tsunami aid deal

March 18 (Reuters) - Sri Lanka's government and rebel Tamil Tigers are moving closer to an agreement on tsunami aid, a government official hinted on Thursday, a deal negotiators hope will help revive a stalled peace process.
