Tamil rebels harp the same chorus - "Army behind the killings in Batticaloa"
March 17 (AsianTribune) The Tamil Tigers blamed the intelligence wing of the Sri Lankan Army for carrying out targeted attacks against its members in the East of Sri Lanka.
