Tsunami Special Provision Act to regulate death and adoption

Feb 22 (AT) Sri Lanka Government is expected to present a Tsunami Special Provision Act in Parliament soon whereby the presumption period of one year before declaring a person dead will be brought down to one month where Tsunami victims are concerned.
