Sri Lankan ceasefire fragile

Feb 22 (Hindu) As Sri Lanka's longest spell of non-fighting enters its third year on the midnight of February 23, the LTTE has committed 2,636 violations of the ceasefire agreement compared to 115 violations by the Sri Lankan Government between February 2002 and December 2004.
