Sri Lanka Telecom to expand in rebel territory

Feb 10 (IHT) Sri Lanka Telecom, the biggest telephone company in the country, has said it will expand and upgrade its network in areas controlled by Tamil separatists, betting that the cease-fire with the government will continue into a fourth year.
