SC quashes Bogollagama expulsion

(Daily News) The Supreme Court yesterday invalidated the expulsion of National Enterprises and Advance Technology Minister Rohitha Bogollagama from the United National Party holding that the UNP inter alia had violated the principle of natural justice by failure to afford the petitioner his right to be heard in the case against him.
