Pettigrew says condemning Tamil Tiger actions as far as Canada can go for now

Feb 16 (CP) Canada condemns terrorist activity by the Tamil Tigers, including suspected recruitment of child soldiers, but the Liberal government still isn't ready to outlaw the organization, says Foreign Affairs Minister Pierre Pettigrew.
