LTTE hands over memorandum of protest to SLMM
Feb 15, Colombo: The LTTE's political section in Jaffna has handed over a memorandum of protest regarding the killing of senior LTTE leader Kausalyan to the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission (SLMM) office in Jaffna.
