President eager to form SL Govt. - LTTE combined mechanism

Feb 18 (LT) It is reported that the President has decided to do reconstruction work in the North and the East as a joint undertaking between the SL Government and Wanni tiger organization. She hopes to apprise the tiger organization through Erik Solheim, Norwegian peace envoy, who will be here on the 20th of this month.
