Ethnic cleansing in the Jaffna University: Muslims and Sinhalese students were driven out

Feb 18 (AT) Muslim and Sinhala students had been chased out of the Medical Faculty of the University of Jaffna by Tamil students with the connivance of LTTE elements. According to the AUMSA, twenty-six Muslim and Sinhala students were admitted to the Medical Faculty of the Jaffna University this year and were severely attacked by Tamil students.
