President declares State of Emergency again

Feb 10 (TN) Sri Lanka Government has declared a State of Emergency in Tsunami affected Districts again, political sources in Colombo said. Sri Lanka Parliament was informed that Ms Kumaratunge had by Gazette notification published on 3rd February re-declared the State of Emergency for a period of 1 month.
