Party withdraws support for Kumaratunga Govt

Feb 26 (HT) The UPFA Government was reduced to a minority on Thursday, after the eight-member Ceylon Workers' Congress (CWC) said that it was withdrawing support. The Government will be really in danger of collapsing altogether, if the 39-member JVP carries out its threat to withdraw support.
