JVP threatens to stall resumption of peace talks

Feb 24 (AT) A JVP cabinet minister, Chandrasena Wijesinghe was quoted in “The Island” today saying that his party will stand firm against the government holding peace talks with LTTE on the basis of the LTTE's proposed Interim Self Governing Authority.
