Who is our firstlady?
The folowing was published on 11th August 2008 in a leading newspaper based in the middle-east. In which says that "………………. Sri Lanka's President Mahinda Rajapakse and his wife Sirimavo Bandaranaiake arrive to attend ……………………………..".
What is the media world coming to? I thought media was supposed to act in a more responsible manner? How can one confused the name of the firstlady of a country with a person who is no longer in this world??

Mistakes do happen, however, mistakes from media should not be taken lightly as these are the same people who make or break things. Majority of the time, they create more drama than required!
Irresponsible reporting is not acceptable by media.
altho its funny to see such thing happening, esp looking at the history of events with the bandaranayakai's and the rajapaksha's.

We should sue the news paper for such wrong doings i think......
maybe this was done purposley? After all, its a joke on the account of the president of the Sri Lanka. I smell the LTTE on this....
Who cares. First Lady is not shown on the pics anyway. The Sri Lankan First lady is Mervyn Silva.

Have some respect to the President of the country. After all the man was elected by a majority.
Sri Lankans put political agendas ahead of country, hence, the country is suffering today!
