JVP secretary writes to Election Commissioner on election violence in Kandy District

Mar 31 (LT) Mr. Tilvin Silva, General Secretary of the JVP in a letter to Commissioner of Elections states that the violence that has been unleashed in Kandy District is committed by gangs of thugs led by Deputy Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage.
