Tamil Tiger rebels confirm participation of six-member delegation at Geneva talks

Feb 7 (AP) The Tamil Tiger rebels said Tuesday they will send six delegates to this month's peace talks in Geneva aimed at enforcing a 2002 cease-fire between the government and guerrillas.
