Truce talks in Geneva on February 22 - Norway

Feb 7 (TN) The Norwegian Foreign Ministry on Monday informed the press that the parties to the conflict in Sri Lanka, the Government of Sri Lanka and the LTTE, have asked Norway to facilitate talks in Geneva from 22 to 23 February.
