Parties stick to their guns

Feb 23 (BBC) Talks between the government of Sri Lanka (GOSL) and the Tamil Tigers kicked off in Geneva with the GOSL stressing the need for amendments to the truce while the LTTE stressing the importance of fully implementing it.
