Sri Lankan military accuses Tamil Tiger rebels diversionary tactic as peace talks start

Feb 22 (AP) The Sri Lankan army on Wednesday denied involvement in the alleged killing of a Tamil Tiger rebel and accused the separatists of linking the military to the death as a diversionary tactic.
