Sri Lanka rebels rubbish report of poll stance shift

Nov 16 (Reuters) Sri Lanka's Tamil Tigers on Wednesday dismissed a report that they had decided to encourage voting at the island's presidential election, saying they remained neutral and were pessimistic about both main candidates.
