Uppukulam meeting violates Election Law

Nov 16 (TN) An election rally in support of Prime Minister Mr.Mahinda Rajapakse, presidential candidate of the UPFA, was held in Uppukulam in Mannar district Tuesday afternoon in contravention of the Election Law. Laws stipulate that electioneering should close on Monday midnight.
