LTTE child recruitment down in September

Oct 20 (SCOPP) Child recruitment to the LTTE has decreased in September, Viktor Nylund, Head of Child Protection Section of UNICEF told the Daily News. "Only 22 children in the North and East have been recruited to the LTTE in September.
