Colombo Bishop wants peace talks restarted

Oct 20 (CP) Colombo Bishop Rt. Rev. Duleep de Chickera said that with a view to a negotiated political settlement talks should commence forthwith to ensure dignity and political devolution for the Tamill people within the framework of a united Sri Lanka.
