Stockmarket ends on record high

Sep 15 (Lanka Business Online) Sri Lanka's stockmarket closed up on a record high on Thursday, as investors chased after banking sector stocks, brokers said. The benchmark All Share Index gained 39.50 points to close at 2237.52 points, while the liquid Milanka Price Index surged 77.91 points to close at 2963.15.
