National liberation movements, no justification for terrorism

Sep 14 (AsianTribune.com) Discussing the final 'Outcome Document' of the United Nations to be presented to heads of state and government who will meet for the 60th General Assembly September 14-16 in New York, two top United States Department of State officials emphasized at a press briefing here on Tuesday, September 12 that national liberation movements no longer can be justified as reasons for terrorism
