'Lankan PM for direct talks with Prabhakaran sans facilitators'

Sep 2 (HindustanTimes) Sri Lankan Prime Minister and Presidential candidate, Mahinda Rajapaksa, has reportedly said that he prefers direct talks with the LTTE to using intermediaries and brokers like Norway.
