Tamil Tigers, Sri Lankan government hit stalemate on talks' location

Sep 1 (TheAcademic.org/AP) Efforts to hold talks on the shaky truce in Sri Lanka's two-decade civil war have reached a stalemate, with the Tamil Tiger rebels insisting the talks be held overseas and the government saying they must be held here.
