India should crush LTTE's naval wing, says book

Sep 20 (IANS) The time has come for India to crush the naval wing of Sri Lanka's Tamil Tiger guerrillas, says a new book. The book, 'Conflict Over Fisheries in the Palk Bay Region', urges New Delhi to develop the political will to pursue courses of action that are in India's national interest.
