Dhanapala says several countries have 'rolled out the red carpet' for LTTE leaders

Sept 09, Colombo: The Sri Lankan government's Peace Secretariat Head Jayantha Dhanapala says that except for a few countries, several governments have 'rolled out the red carpet' for LTTE leaders.
