JVP P-TOMS petition to be argued

Sep 9 (South Asia Media Net) The petition filed by 39 JVP MPs, challenging the Post Tsunami Operations Management Structure, entered into between the Ministry of Rehabilitation and S. Rajan of the LTTE, is to be argued before the Supreme Court on Monday next.
